MEET YOUR RUNNING CHIRO

Hello, I’m Charlie.

Born and raised in London I am super excited to be back home and working at Haptic Chiropractors. I graduated from the Anglo-European Chiropractic University College in 2024 and received the Clinician of the Year award.

My aim is to get fellow Londoners moving & grooving, as best as possible. I decided to become a Chiropractor after seeing how adjustments benefitted my family and friends. Witnessing my Dad’s massive improvements after seeking a Chiropractor and getting back on his bike was a breakthrough moment for me.

Being a part of many sports teams growing up and having a passion for wellness was a massive reason I wanted to chase a career in healthcare. Bringing both these aspects together, Chiropractic was the perfect avenue for me! I have a speciality in working with the running and cycling community.

My background is mainly in running and I have set up a few social running groups on the South Coast. I have spent time analysing runners and cyclists specifically, modifying techniques and setups to increase performance. From Strava warriors to first-time 5k-ers I am so keen to share my knowledge and expertise in a customised and engaging way to get you achieving your goals!

I love to run, cycle & boulder… and taking my dog out on massive hikes! When I haven’t got my trainers on I am adding to my vinyl music collection or taking it easy in a coffee store / good old pub having a Guinness.
