1. Prepaid Adjustments

All prepaid adjustments must be utilised within 12 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining credit after this period cannot be carried over to the subsequent 12 months.

2. Refunds for Packages

When processing refunds for any packages, package prices will be reverted to the full PAYG (Pay As You Go) price at the time of purchase. Subsequently, a refund for the remaining amount can be issued.

3. Care Plan Payments

If the Care Plan has not been settled within the agreed-upon timeframe discussed with the Front of House, we reserve the right to return to our original PAYG price and bill you for any outstanding balance.

4. Appointment Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a full cancellation fee of £40, separate from your Care Plan.

5. Membership Cancellation

To cancel your membership, we must receive notification by the 1st day of every month.

6. Credit Usage

Credits may only be applied towards Chiropractic services and cannot be used for the purchase of products, merchandise, or other services, such as toe separators or massage.

7. Payment Plans

By agreeing to a payment plan, you authorise us to charge your stored card on the agreed date set with our front desk. If payment is not made after a grace period, we reserve the right to charge the stored card.

8. Payment Methods

We accept payments via Stripe, GoCardless (for direct debits), and our card terminal. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store your payment details. Receipts for payments will be provided electronically or in-person upon request.

9. Late or Failed Payments

If a payment fails through Stripe or our card terminal, you will be notified, and we will attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days. For GoCardless direct debits, if a transaction fails, we will retry the payment 3 days after the initial failure. If the issue persists, your account may be subject to additional charges or suspension of services until the balance is settled.
