SPORTS MASSAGEDEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue massage involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. Trigger point therapy may be used in this treatment to help relieve knots and alleviate contracted muscles. People may choose this type of massage to treat chronic pain.
Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury. Choose this if your area of concern is more specific and not an all body therapy.
SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. It is sometimes called a classic massage. The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscular tension.
Swedish massage is gentler than Deep Tissue and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.
For each person the effects of this therapy can be unique, however, most will find it highly relaxing.

I’m active and sporty, taking particular interests in tennis and football, and have an affinity for health and wellbeing, exercise, my mum’s cooking and downtempo electronic music. I’m currently studying a master in Osteopathy to hone in on my skills, and strive for answers and depth through pain relief and
